Due to minor damage (that can be rectified) this  item is sold 'as seen'. Please contact us for more details, photos and information. The makers mark is rubbed and although it is an original Art Deco  Silver/ Gold and Sapphires piece and most likely Cartier, tho  it does not bear the Cartier logo. It is fully French hallmarked. It has been seen and valued by the antiques road show experts.
